  1. This promotion is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 years or over.  

  2. The following are not eligible to enter this Promotion: employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion. 

How to Enter  

To enter: 

  1. Visit [https://www.instagram.com/cleanipedia/] and  

  2. Like post, follow both @cleanipedia & @homebargains and comment how you would make your home sparkle using the range 

  3. The opening date for entries is 13:00 BST on 14/04/2025 and the closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 BST on 21/04/2025. 

  4. Entrants will need to follow the @cleanipedia and @homebargains account on Instagram and have their privacy settings set to allow Direct Message from @cleanipedia during the Promotional Period and for the time period necessary to administer the Promotion. 

  5. No purchase is necessary, however, internet access and a valid Instagram account is required. 

 Entry Requirements  

  1. The promotion is limited to one entry per Instagram account. No entrant may win more than one prize. Prizes are limited to one per household. 

  2. Any use by entrants of multiple identities or identities other than their own to enter this Promotion will be disqualified and any prize entitlement will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether an entrant has already submitted an entry and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize entitlement. 

  3. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer, including by Artificial Intelligence, will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions. 

  4. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. 

  5. By participating in this promotion, you agree to release, discharge and hold us harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from your participation in this promotion (save that nothing shall limit our liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence). 

 Prizes   

  1. There are 3 prizes in total. Each of the 3 winners will receive the Rose Gold Limited Edition range, a £50 Home Bargains voucher and 2 luxury hand towels, a pink luxury bath towel, a crackle wick exotic blooms candle 606g and a pink super soft bathmat. 

  2. There will be 3 winners. Each winner will win: 

  • The Rose Gold Limited Edition range (8 Rose Gold Homecare products) 

  • £50 Home Bargains voucher 

  • 2 luxury hand towels, a pink luxury bath towel 

  • Crackle wick exotic blooms candle 606g 

  • Pink super soft bathmat. 

  Selection of Winners  

  1. All valid entries received on or before the closing date will be entered into a random number generator. The first 3 entries drawn at random will win the prize.  

  2. The winners will be notified by an Instagram direct message from @Cleanipedia within 28 days of the closing date. The winners must claim their prize by responding to the direct message confirming their full name and address  within 7 days of the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules. 

  3. The winners’ details (the first letter of their Instagram username) may be made available on request by emailing [ukicare@unilever.com] and referencing “Rose Gold Homecare Competition” within 10 weeks of the closing date. If you do not wish such information about you to be made available in the event that you win the competition, please email ukicare@unilever.com, including the reference “Rose Gold Homecare Competition’’ no later than 7 days* of being informed that you have won the competition. Please note that if the UK Advertising Standards Authority request confirmation that a valid award took place, we may share your details directly with them, as required. 

 General Terms  

  1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram. Entrants are providing information to the Promoter. Entrants release Instagram for all claims and liabilities arising in respect of the promotion.

  2. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules.  All entry instructions form part of the rules.  

  3. The Promoter, Unilever, reserve the right to terminate this Promotion early in the event of exceptional circumstances outside of their control.

  5. These terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues. As concerns UK residents, these terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Entrants hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues. As concerns Republic of Ireland residents, these terms and conditions shall be governed by Irish law and the courts of the Republic of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
